Teething
Cradle Cap
Cradle cap is often linked to yeast – but not the kind of yeast that most of us think of! It’s not Candida that’s responsible for cradle cap, but instead the culprit is Malassezia.
This yeast lives on the skin and feeds on fat. So the fix doesn’t involve soaking baby’s head in oil. Which would most likely prolong cradle cap. Find out more about cradle cap here.
Sleep
Bottom line: Baby sleep can be inconsistent and irregular. And this isn’t necessarily something to fix, as long as you’re also taking care of your own health.
